Description

Small bottle with square base and round mouth, "ribs" flow up the flat sides of bottle. Green vase with iridized colors of yellow and purple.

The artist describes the Early Works series (1967-1977) as consisting of crystal, opal, and luster glasses in developing blowing skills, designs and builds with a variety of furnaces and equipment. This body of work includes iridescent miniatures, flower forms, spaghetti forms, copper core vessels, and opaque geometric and image vessels.
