Label History

According to the Souls Grown Deep Foundation, an organization dedicated to the work of artists from the African American South, Harvey was moved by God and considered him the artist working through her. She created divinely inspired artworks of an earthly nature, expressed through found-object sculptures, masks, and figures, observable in her undated work of a man riding a chicken
