Description

Wide mouthed vase with orange color inside. Exterior is yellow with red and orange flowers with a touch of blue.

The artist describes the Early Works series (1967-1977) as consisting of crystal, opal, and luster glasses in developing blowing skills, designs and builds with a variety of furnaces and equipment. This body of work includes iridescent miniatures, flower forms, spaghetti forms, copper core vessels, and opaque geometric and image vessels.
