BLACK MOUNTAIN COLLEGE COMMUNITY BULLETIN
Monday, March 30, 1942

I Announcements:
1 There will be a meeting of the faculty this evening at 7:00 o’clock in the Kocher Room
2 Robert Babcock has gone to Washington on business for the College
3 Fred Mangold has gone to Washington, New York, Princeton and Charlottesville on business for the College
4 Bob Wunsch is spending Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week in Rocky Moount, North Carolina, in connection with the Negro Secondary Study
5 The spring holidays will begin on Thursday, April 2 and end on Sunday, April 5
6 Peter Bergmann will speak at the University of Illinois on April 2
7 Paul Radin is leaving for Washington tonight in connection with his work as consultant for the Government, and he will speak on Latin-America at the Washington Book Shop on April 3
8 Dr Wildt of Princeton University will arrive on April 4 for a week’s visit to Black Mountain College. During his stay here he will make an address
9 The next Black Mountain College full-length play will be William Saroyan’s “My Heart in the Highlands”. It will be produced on May 16, one week before the close of the spring semester
10 Visitors:
Parents Mrs Eduard Befey, Renate’s mother
Mrs Zilphia Hill, Barbara Steinau’s and Pete’s mother, will arrive at Black Mountain College on Wednesday
